The lighting in the church was so beautiful we decided to forego any candles. Father Tom Keifer and my Uncle Jim are at the alter with Adam and I.
My favorite of our wedding pictures
As a general rule I don't like cheesy posed wedding photos, but this one turned out very nice. I remember everyone else was at the reception by this time and I was ready to go, too.
With Perri and Mindy, and my flower girls Katie and MacKenzie.
Best man Randall gives the toast and Adam and I sample the beautiful wedding cake his mother made.
Dancing with Dad at my wedding. MacKenzie wanted to join us so Dad scooped her up and the three of us danced. I wish the champagne flute was not in the picture, as I love the picture otherwise. But MacKenzie would not part with it.
Dad was sick leading up to this day, and was diagnosed with cancer shortly after I came back from my honeymoon. He had barely over a year to live; we didn't know this at the time.
I have no idea what we're laughing at, but I seem to be very happy that the ceremony and the cake cutting are over with.
